Versa Mount

The Versa mount is a helmet accessory rail system designed by MTek to attach the FAST mandible protection to multiple types of ballistic helmets. It is manufactured from a lightweight polymer, and is capable of withstanding high stress loadings and blunt force impacts.

Compatibility

The Versa mount is compatible with most US military helmets. No permanent helmet modifications are required. The mount will fit most “PASGT” derived helmet shell geometries- ACH, LWH, TC-2XXX, etc. If you have any questions as to whether your helmet is compatible with the Versa mount, please feel free to contact us.

Versa-tile

The Versa mount was designed to accommodate the FAST mandible protection as well as other accessories. Plenty of attachment points have been included for whatever needs tied down.

Push-to-eject

The faceshield was designed to be easily removed, even by people that are not familiar with it (i.e. first responders). Seconds count, and the Versa mount allows for a quick attachment, and a rapid removal. With a simple press of the oversized Push-Release buttons, the Versa Mount will release whatever is attached.

Durability

The Versa Rail Mount was designed to work under the most adverse operating conditions. Even when packed full of mud and debris, the mount’s release system will still function effectively.

ACC-Rail

The ACC-Rail is a picatinny / MIL-STD-1913 rail adapter for the VERSA mount. It was designed specifically for the VERSA mount and can be purchased here.
